I found this little Gem on the net and it works good too.

The Windows 10 Registry tweaks for mining.bat file allows one to quickly go through and turn off a lot of things to help the PC mine better on Win 10, and quite a few of those things  that some of us *ahem You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
or make a 5 post minimum to see url tags.* have trust issues with get turn off as well.
