half of the reasoning behind the verification nonsense is to get people active on top of other reasons.... so if you are here, dont be shy and lurk. we dont bite... well i cant say much for hype. depends on the amt of coding hes done within the past 24 hrs :2funny:

everyday I will be going through the members list and if you have registered more than 14 days ago and you have 0 posts you will recieve a warning. You have 7 days after that warning to post or you will be deleted.
And just so you know the chatbox at the top of the forum does not count toward your post count...

the reason for the post requirement is twofold... One it keeps the bots from having access to our posts and two it encourages users to be a part of the community.

OR you could say it's a Threefold,
1. it keeps bots from spamming the forum
2. also keeps links grabbing bots from stealing links from the boards, and taking credit from Uploaders' hard work
3. AND is a slight initiate to get users to be more active, activity grants a more successful forum/community, when we have more communication between every body we can better serve or solve problems, may even stop a few before hand.

If it a neccecity to do so, perhaps have a im on vacation button, or something that will help with the fact admin dont have to check on everyone day after day, seems like alot of work, perhaps placing in forum, a On Vacation thread, and those who dont reply after 2-3 even 4 weeks, can then have a email sent,

Leave it up to the members to inform admin in a specific thread, that way , you dont have to chase them down
