Database error?

When I click on "Show new replies to your posts" on the home screen, I get this error.  Since it has happened several (Every??) time, I am reporting it as requested.

I can not get this to reproduce those effects when I click show replies to my posts, but I am aware of it's constant annoyance of picking when and where it wants to work, still have not nailed down that problem.
