Need advice I think I screwed up....

I don't usually put my business online but this time I need your advice. I got into an argument with my wife. She gave me $500 to buy a Christmas Tree and decorations. She told me whatever money was left over, I could keep and buy whatever I want for myself. Well of course after I was done shopping I decided to treat myself with some fishing equipment and other things I needed/wanted. Now she's mad because she doesn't like the tree I picked out. What should I do?! I have already spent the leftover money! Picture of the tree I got is below.
